the_enclave
The Enclave is a group of Pacifican nobles who came together in secret, questioning the policies of the Monarchy, in particular the policies of Prince Adragon when the King was incapacitated.
They met with Prince Mikkel on Pelican Island requesting his assistance regarding the buildup of Pacifican military.
The only known members are Ricard and Carlo, though Mikkel saw several other faces he didn't recognize.
