King Francea was the sovereign of the human Kingdom of Pacifica. For a time Francea was being kept on the edge of death by the cleric Jareth as part of a plan by Francea's son, Prince Adragon. The plan was foiled by Ajay, Mikkel and Laralyn, making them trusted allies of the King, now restored to full health. His new heir is his daughter, Crown Princess Callandra.
