**Carlo** is a noble from the Kingdom of [[Pacifica]]. His exact title of nobility is unknown. Carlo was part of a loose organization of the nobility calling themselves [[The Enclave]] who operated in secret to keep watch on the monarchy.

Carlo and other members of The Enclave met with Prince [[Mikkel]] on Pelican Island to express their concerns over Prince [[Adragon]]. Carlos was the more argumentative of the group.
